Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Expected Sentencing
I have a lawyer but he will not return my calls or emails and need to know what to expect. I have court feb 21, and have served 17 days revocated, and want to know if I will be leaving the court revocated again, and if so how long, and when I should take the written test as well as apply for a work permit?

Re: Expected Sentencing
If your court hearing is on the criminal offense, the license revocation is not affected and mo matter what happens in court, you will still be revoked. Without knowing more about your particular case, it is not possible to answer further.
