Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Can I have my failure to stop at a traffic light or running a red light ticket dismissed due to incomplete information on ticket? What evidence can be presented without video proof?

It seems unlikely that a traffic violation ticket would be dimissed for incomplete information on the ticket. Generally, for a stop sign case, the police officer can testify that he or she saw the driver fail to stop. Generally there is no video evidence. Most would like to keep the violation off their drivers license record. If you go to court, you may be able to that even if you have to pay some money.
