Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Fake bag?
I sold a bag to a girl that I did not know weather or not it was authentic, I clearly stated this to her and she said that was fine. She cam and paid for the bag and left and now is saying she thinks it is now real and will file a police report of fraud against me. Can she do this?

Re: Fake bag?
It is unlikely to be charged as a criminal offense without an intent to defraud. In other words, the "intent" would be difficult to prove. Most law enforcement bodies would consider it a civil matter.
