Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Falsely Accused of Child Sexual Abuse
I need to know the Statute of Limitations for Criminal Defamation, Slander/Libel in Minnesota. I was accused of sexually molesting my daughter. I have proof from a therapist, Social worker that the allegations never happened. The allegations were brought up towards the end of a child custody battle. I am pursuing legal action agains the accusers but need to know what the Statute of Limitations are in Minnesota. Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
