Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
if i have a felloney on my record and forget to put on my job application am i in trouble ? can my employer withhold my current paycheck until speaking with my probation officer?

I suppose if your employer finds out they could fire you. If you are working for the government it could be considered a new crime. If the employer is a private entity, then its not a crime, but they can fire you.
