There are no absolutes. THe potential criminal sentence would have to be determined based on the sentencibng guidelines in Minnesota. That would require knowing the individuals criminal history score and know what the current offense may be.

Certainly, however, a conviction for a fifth felony is likely to lead to lengthy incarceration.

Your question does not provide enough information to know exactly what you are wondering about. It is common for a person with no priors to be charged with five felony crimes for event of a single day. If one of those was murder perhaps a life sentence could be possible, but crimes for which a life sentence could be imposed are, thankfully, rare.

It matters more what the felony charge is, and the maximum penalty specified for that crime. For example an 18 year old could run from police in a car and be charged with a felony crime. Innocent people are charged with crimes they did not commit. Some of those people are acquitted!
