Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
can i file charges on 3 children that jumped on my child if the original fight was with just 1 of them and they are 14 years of age and younger

You have the right to call the police and make a report. However, the police may decide not to press charges, or the police may decide to charge your child. Sufficient to say, I do not advise you to contact the police and make a report since it sounds like your child was part of the fight, and stands a reasonable chance of being charged.
Keep in mind, once the police are involved you have no right to drop the charges, or to determine who is being charged.
