well i would like to find out how to get a vunerable adult abuse charge removed from my record. idint abuse my husbund like the hospital says i did i didnt even get to contest this charge .all of a sudden. im charged with this. 15 years ago my husbund had a mental issue so he was comitted to brainerd hospital. about 2 months later he wanted nothing to do with me. told me not to come see him any more.i was very upset. wasnt sure what i was going to do.well about 6 months earlyer. brad had got hurt on his job. and got a settelment .about 36,000 .well the hospital talked him in to putting this charge on me. but he says know that they made him.so what can i do thank you cheryl krocak

Unfortunately, your question is difficult to answer without knowing much more about the case. If this was a determination by social services, you have a very limited time after the determination of abuse is made to challenge it through administrative processes. If this occurred 15 years ago, the timeline for challenge has long since passed.
