Flight from feds

if my husband and child leave the country with me to avoid federal prosecution for drug charges, poss and sale of 25,000 hits of ecstacy, not at same time seperately. can they get in any trouble if i tell them the case was dropped???

there are certainly dangers to feleeing the country to avoid prosecution. A warrant may iussue in your absence and you could be extradited from a foreign country. Whether or not family members may be charged would depend on many factors including potential complicity in avoiding prosecution.
