Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
How is this not fraud or at least criminal?
If your husband uses a credit card that is only in your name and he is not an authorized user on the card, how is that not fraud? Especially if he uses it without your permission.

At best, it would be considered a civil issue between the parties and not a criminal issue. There is a presumed consent when the parties are married.
