Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
my friend was charged with 5th degree contolled substance at age 14 but they game him a stayed ajudication. does this mean he can still buy a shotgun when he turns 18?

If he completed probation successfully then the charge would have been dismissed and he would maintain his right to own a firearm.
