my friend was sentenced to do 2 years in prison for probation violation. after 16 months my friend was placed in a half way house for treatment. during the first day in the halway house my friend desided to run. what are my friends consequences?

Violating the terms of release would resultin a warrant being issued in most cases. they can be rearrested and required to serve any term previously stayed. They should hire counsel to seek a hearing immediately.
