Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
My friend told me a story. She said that she had sex with her boyfriend, and told him to wear a condom, which he did. Until he was about to climax. Then, he removed the condom and finished inside her, resulting in her having a baby. Now I'm wondering, since she told him to wrap it up and he took it off when it counts, is that any sort of crime such as sexual assault or anything?

No. It is not a sexual assault. The intercourse was consensual and she has an equal responsibility to take contraceptive action.
