Girlfriend way younger
my girlfriend is 14 im 17. can I get in trouble for having sex with her.

YES! As long as she is under 16 and you are at least two years older, you risk prosecution for felony criminal sexual conduct, prison, and registration as a predatory sex offender for at least ten years (maybe for life if the legislature changes the statutes this year.) A felony conviction could make it impossible for you to ever find a good job, exclude you from places to live as long as you are registered, and all kinds of other problems.
Either get a girlfriend your own age, or keep your hands to yourself for the next few years.
