gross misdemedor{1st offence
will this remain on my record forever considering this was my first offence and i!m 57 years of age it is hard to find a job

Yes, I'm afraid it probably will stay on your record forever. There is something called 'expungement', but it doesn't work very well, and another solution is a 'pardon extraordinary'. By the time you would be eligible for it, you would be 67 years old.
The legislature might consider changing the expungement law this year.
Let's hope they do.
