Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
We are a group of international students studying abroad in Minnesota. Yesterday we decided to have a couple of beers and got busted. No one was over 21 and a couples were under 18. We all had the breath test and those who did not pass got a misdemeanor ticket. What will be the worst situation for us? Will we get kicked out of the program and get deported? Also a friend of mine who is also an international an is 18 years old was the house owner. He passed the test, but is he going to get intro troubles because he's the house owner? Thanks and have a great day

I don't know if you will be kicked out of your program. I would be more concerned about how this affects your VISA to be here.
You should all hire attorneys and deal with this and try and achieve a result that will minimize the impact on your future travels.
