Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
How do I get my gun rights restored that were taken when I was convicted of burglary 32 years ago. My civil rights were restored i.e. right to vote but not my gun rights. I have not been in any trouble since, other than a couple speeding tickets. This happened in Minnesota and I now live in Iowa.
