Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Can anything happen to me?
I was with people who commited a crime, they were i.d. but I was not but now some one is trying to say i had a part in the crime (as a look out). I can't disprove other wise, what can happen?

Based upon that hypothetical, you could be charged with various crimes, such as "conspiracy to commit X," or "aiding and abetting X" etc. "X" would be the crime the people you were with, committed, if any. In that situation, you would be well advised to consult a good criminal defense lawyer. Give me a call if you like.
