Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Harrassement Restraining Order
If someone has a harrassement restraining order out against me to stay away from her home and she moves and does not notify the courts, does that make the restraining order null and void?

Re: Harrassement Restraining Order
It would not invalidate the restraining order. The only thing that can invalidate the existing restraining order is a new court order amending it.
