Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Harrassment
If someone continues to send my girlfriend text messages and has made forward passings at her after she has told him to stop is that considered Harrassment. Text messages stating, ''oh lets hook up'' and during the physical action the individual tryed kissing and touching my girlfriend. Could this be argued as harrassment.

If your girlfriend fears for her safety she can file a restraining order or order for protection.
