idenitity theft
someone was arrested in minnesota and had a credit card in my name that was maxed out, I have never even had a credit card. can I and what charges can I press against this person???

Contact the police, ideally in the jurisdiction where the person was arrested, to make a complaint of a crime. They should be able to help.
You may wish to take additional steps to protect yourself from identity theft, and additional information about how to do so, from other sources.
