Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
innocent in prison
my boyfriend was accused 6 years ago of criminal sexual misconduct against a 9 year old. there wasnt enough evidence to convict him. 2 years ago he was falsely accused of the same thing. there was always peope around him, he was never alone with anyone that accused him. but they charged him with the one that accused him in 2001. there is a doctors report saying that there was no penetration and no scarring of the hymen. he is an innocent person sitting in prison, is there anything that can be done to help him?
