i went to jail because this girl called the police and said i kindnapped her and robbed her with a weapon they searched my car and i didnt have a weapon but they found drugs in my car the girl helped the police search my car they took all my husbands money and gave it to her took my money and seized it they also took my purse and every thing in it and took my phone put a hold on my husbands car what are my rights and what should i do
