hi my name is jamal steward and i was ed with 3rd degree burglary Aid and abet...... now i had no idea of this happening till i was talked to by a cop a couple months later.....any info plz reply

A third degree burglary is a very serious charge. It is a felony punishable by up to five years in prision and a fine of uo to $10,000.
The statute makles it a crime for any person to enter a building without consent and with intent to steal or commit any felony or gross misdemeanor while in the building, or enters a building without consent and steals or commits a felony or gross misdemeanor while in the building, either directly or as an accomplice.
