What right does a judge have to put on a DANCO order if the alleged victim does not want it and askes the judge to drop it several times

A Judge may impose a No Contact order even if the alleged victim in a case does not want it. It occurs most often in cases where domestic abuse is alleged. A strong defense may result in a dismissal and certainly a removal of the order.
