Re: juvenile
A juvenile has the same right to an attorney as does an adult. Depending on the age of the child, if a child asserts a right to counsel while in custody, the interrogation must stop. However, if a child consents to the interrogation, the police will likely proceed. Much depends, however, on the reason for the interrogations (which I am assuming is in custody) and the age of the child, among other things. You should be able to consult with a public defender about this, if a juvenile proceeding has been commenced.
