If a 17 year old minor was being harassed at a party physically and out of self defense she stabs the other young male what charges would she face?

She could be looking at attempted murder or first degree assault. Self defense is a defense to the charge but reasonable force with regard to the threat presented must be shown.
It would be a very serious felony offense.

Possibly a homicide (or attempt) crime, or a felony assault charge. A prison commitment would be a likely danger. Self-defense law requires that force used in response be reasonable, given the threat presented, and usually involves a duty to retreat first.
