Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I live in Minnesota (20 years old) and was recently a passenger in a car that was pulled over, which led to the driver getting a DUI. I got out of the backseat and ran, trying to avoid a minor consumption ticket. I ended up being charged with minor consumption, and a misdemeanor fleeing on foot. What are my options? Never been to jail before and that was my first minor.

Go to court. Either hire a lawyer before court, or apply for a public defender when you get to court.

You have a serious issue, perhaps more with fleeing than the underage consumption. The permanent record you create can affect your later employability.
