Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I live in MN, and I am on a low risk probation. I remember my P.O. saying let her know if I ever move or get a new job. But I just rememberd this now and I got a new job a month ago. last time I spoke to her was 4 months ago. So now I am scared to call her and let her know I got a new job, cause I can see her asking me when did I start...and when I say a month ago will she violate me?

I would report your new employment as soon as possible. Unless there is something more, I doubt that your probation officer would consider this a violation. This probably just has to do with keeping your contact info updated, and not a true "condition" of your probation. Perhaps another attorney has a differing opinion.
You must report your new employment. Failing to report the change is far more likely to result in a potential violation that reporting the change late.
