how long???
can i be bailed out before having to go through hennipen county booking procedures? how long am i looking at 1st time offender?

Some arrest warrants and similar court orders provide for a cash bail to get a court date, without having to be booked into the jail. One can look at the court's records to determine that. Usually, these are the more minor types of matters, relatively speaking. When I have clients reporting to jail on an arrest warrant, we generally plan ahead to try to ensure pre-trial release as soon as possible -- usually we can do it in less than 24 hours. That was in reference to state court. In federal court it is unusual to be released before trial.
As for the maximum sentence for whatever crime you are charged with, if convicted, that would depend upon the criminal charge, which you did not mention.
