Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
How long will a 5th degree assault stay on my record? It's been since 5/16/2005 and I have not been in trouble since. I just plead guilty to the case because in my view we did fight, she hit me and I hit her. I got a $300 fine and 1 year unsupervised probabtion.
