I made a statement to police now i a m subpena to testify but do not want to becsuse it is not true statement what are my options

A false statement to police may be charged as a misdemeanor. However, perjury in court is a far more serious offense. You should correct your misstatements with the prosecutor as soon as possible. Ideally, you should retain an attorney for assistance.
