Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I've met my conditions for adjudication witheld on Domestic Assult - Misdemeanor - Intentionally inflicts / Attempts to inflict Bodily Harm 609.2242.1(2).
Can this be re-opened or tried again, or does double jeopardy apply?

If the agreement was a Stay of Adjudication and the conditions are met which ultimately results in a dismissal, the charges cannot be refiled.
