Minnor consuption
Can you plead the fith for a minnor consumption if so can i do it with a public defender? Will they appoint me a public defender for a minnor?

The United States Constitution and Bill of Rights, including the Fifth Amendment "Right Against Self-Incrimination" applies to juveniles as well as adults. It applies to any crime or potential criminal liability -- including "minor consumption." You have the right to remain silent -- with or without a lawyer; with a public defender or with a private lawyer. It is important that you have a lawyer represent you, to help advise you and protect you.
