Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
minor consumption / court gave a stay of adjudication
my daughter 14, was cited with a minor consumption. We went to court and she received a stay of adjudication. Now her high school has suspended her for two weeks from all hockey games. Can they do this. There was no hearing and we were never notified by the school, they told my daughter as she was getting on the bus to go to her game that she could not play.

This is not a criminal law question. It is a school administrative discipline question. You could ask a lawyer experience in school disciplinary cases.
