Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
Minor
I am 20 years old and went to the bar to pick a friend up. I went in and played some pool and the next thing I knew the waitresses were serving me beer without ID'ing me. A different waitress said to finish up our pool soon and leave. The cops showed up seconds after that and was givin a minor. He did not breathalize me. He just said how many beers have you had, i replied 5 and he wrote down my limit as .11. I have one prior minor and a DUI. I am also just enrolling in a court ordered outpatient treatment plan. I dont want to do jail time, or get kicked out of this treatment thing and sent to inpatient or something like that. I obviously need alot of advice. Can you help me know what Im looking at here and as well my options if I do get a lawyer. The DUI last summer resulting in my out patient treatment is the main of my concerns and how they will handle that. Please help me out and tell me what I should do.

You need to set up a face to face meeting with a local attorney.
