Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
my mom was supposed to buy a car from my ex boyfriend. now he is witholding the car and the money for dept that i owe him. and the car is owned by his father so legaly can he sell the car with out a title? him and i had a verbel contract, will that with hold?
