Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

multiple felony burglary and theft charges pending

I have about 4 or 5 felony burglary/theft charges pending. 1. The first charge was for stealing my sister's guitar and amp, playstation 2 and 3 of my dad's power tools and pawned them. The dollar amount for these is around $1500. 2. Then after my parents had kicked me out I was charged with breaking and entering at my ''friends'' house and stole his wallet which had $100 and $20 from his mom. 3. After a couple months later I had stolen 11 boobleheads from another ''friend'' and sold them to a memorabilia store and got $520 for them. 4-5.Just recently my dad had filed another charge of me of breaking and entering and stealing $510 from my dad. In total I stole around $2500-3000 dollars worth of items. Are they going to charge me each one individually or put all of the charges together? Will the two sides plea bargin it down to Gross Missdameanors? What will likely happen with the charges will I go to jail or will I be put on probation? These are my first charges ever. And is there any way of me proving that if my parents hadn't kicked me out I wouldn't have stolen the wallet, boobleheads or stolen the money from my dad? Please help

It is unwise, to say the least, to make admissions of criminal activity on a web site, or over email. You may want to refrain from that in the future.

As for defense planning, you would be best off consulting with a criminal defense lawyer about these, so you can share the details of these cases, and so the lawyer can discuss with you possible defenses and defense considerations.

They will likely charge each offense separately on the same complaint if the offenses occurred in the same county.

It is not a defense to state that you were kicked out of your home. However, it may be a mitigating circumstance.
