murder 2 charges
my boyfriend was charged with murder 2 charges without a jury trial can he get a new trail? also our lawyer said that the charges were repremanded. Does that mean he gets set free?

Your question deos not make much sense. A person chargeed with a homicide is entitled to a jury trial where the jury must be unanimous in finding him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. A person may, however, waive the right to a jury trial. That is unlikely,but cerrtainly possible. If a jury trial was waived, he would not be entitled to a new trial.
