Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

i just got a notice to apper in court for a bad check. i thought i had paid this check when i recevied the certified latter. i have never gooten anything from there lawer. I have also written many checks to them after this has happen. this is a small pizza place in my town and they no me and have never said anything to me. what will happen to me.

Go to court. But there are too many variables as to what could happen. Your record, the amount of the check etc...so can't answer the question at this point.
