I am not sure that I understand the question.
If you failed to take a breath test on an alcosensor installed in your home it may be a violation of your probation. If you take a test required by probation and fail, it may also violate probation. You are placed in the difficult position of arguing whay you were not available to provide a sample and why your roommate did.
