Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
penalty for
Have not been charged, they say they are investigating and will hand info over to the police. Fired from job on allegations of credit card theft and use. Have smeary video tape of a person that looks a lot like me. If convicted what is the punishment. If not enough evidence then what? Can I get my job back?

THere is nothing that would require your employer to hire you bac even if criminal charges are not filed.
You should contact a lawyer immediately. Anu y theft of over $5000 would be a felony and could result in imprisonment. You are facing a potentially serious charge. You should make no statements to police.
