Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
A person who claims to be from my church has been sending me harassing and now threatening emails. I do not know who it is since they will not disclose a name, but have made it clear that they are from the church. They have told me they've been following me around, and have even had one of their friends from a phone company track my calls. What can I do about this if I do not know who they necessarily are?

Go to your local police department during normal business hours - perhaps phone ahead to request an appointment. Seek attorney assistance then as need be.
