If a person coerces a vulnerable adult to commit a crime, who is responsable?

If the vulnerable adult knows the difference between right and wrong, they can be charged withthe offense. Their psychological condition may be something that allows an attorney to negotiate for a reduced charge or sentence. A person may be charged with aidinbg and abetting an offense if they acted in a way to substantially support the offense.
