Can a person who takes investigators to a storage unit without the owners concent without a warrant can they entet

Hello. The answer to this is 'it depends'. Who are these 'investigators, for one?
Generally, our USA law provides very limited special exceptions for which law enforcement may search absent (without) warrant.
