plea agreement

i recently went to court my court appointed att said they offered a plea agreement of two days in jail other charges dismissed.so ok i said two days in jail no more court im done when we get to sentencing i find out that thiers probation 1 year fine of 300 dollars jail,a chemical dependency eval,and domestic classes!if i knew allthis was to be i would have gone to jury trial this is bull ! what can i do?i knew noneof this!! cant i appeall it or through all out and start again? ty

You can make a motion to withdraw your plea. If granted the case basically starts over. It's better to make such a motion before sentencing, since the legal standard is more favorable to the defendant before sentencing. Such a motion should be made as soon as possible. Passage of time diminishes any chance of success. An appeal is possible, depending what happened, but expensive, time consuming, and low chance of success (depending on the facts). A motion to withdraw the plea makes much more sense - cheaper, faster, better chance of success. You should have your public defender or other lawyer help you with the motion.
