Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
if i took a plea bargain and followed throgh on my behave but the prosecutors didnt on theirs can i sue.

I am not sure I understand. If you enter into a plea agreement, the prosecutor must follow through with their plea recommendation. A Judge has no duty to accept it, however. If it is not accepted or if the agreement recited in court is not what you agreed upon, you may withdraw your plea and proceed to trial.
