Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I pleaded guilty for auth theft in 1998, on my record it say's felong, stay of imposition. How can I get this felony dropped to a misdemeanor? I have never got into trouble since then.

First, if it was truly a "stay of imposition," and you successfully completed probation, then it should already be deemed to be a misdemeanor.
