Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota
I pleaded guilty to domestic assault misdemeanor five years ago and as of now I'm on unemployment and I am being offered jobs but I don't pass the backround check would I be able to get this expunged from my record?

Not likely. If you came into my office I would turn down the case because it would be fruitless to try and expunge this record.
