Legal Question in Criminal Law in Minnesota

The police came to my building for a noise complaint in apartment 8 my bro lives in apt 7 i live in 6 downstairs i dnt know the tenants of apt 8 but on that night i was in apt 7 with my husband and my brothers roommate a person from 8 came to 7 and invited the roommate to the party they were having he in turn invited myself and my husband my husband was in there for no more than 2 minutes i was never in there i by luck had to use the bathroom first.I opened the door and saw the police in the hallway I was asked by the police if i knew anyone from apartment 8 i answered no and went back in 7 when i was informed that my husband was in there thought he went to our apartment but was mistaken.so i went back out in the hallway the police weren't there so i knocked on the door a officer answered i asked if my husband was in there he told me this has nothing to do with me from the door i could see people on the ground which got me worried because he just had knee surgery so i ask the officer again he told me to leave the hallway i didn't he placed me in cuff i did not want to put my hands behind my back because of tightness in both my arms from 3rd degree burns and a chunk of both my arms are missing so it was difficult for my arms to go back there i got a court date and charged noise ordinance which only was for those that were in the apartment and obstructing legal process.I dont think i broke any of those statutes.

You would be wise to hire counsel. It would certainly appear that you have some defenses. However, a review of all police reports would be necessary.
